Aboud Structural Plan Posted for Public Objection Following Completion of Planning Works
MSIS General Manager Eng. Mohammad Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi and Projects Manager Eng. Mohammad Qino witnessed the posting of the Aboud Structural Plan for public objection on September 20, 2026, following the company’s completion of its works related to the preparation and development of the plan. The step allows residents and relevant stakeholders to review the plan and submit their comments and objections in accordance with the applicable procedures.
General Manager Mohammad Numan Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi Elected Chairman of the Palestinian Engineers’ Solidarity Fund
The Management Committee of the Palestinian Engineers’ Solidarity Fund has elected General Manager Mohammad Numan Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi as Chairman of the Fund’s Management Committee, in recognition of his extensive administrative experience and contribution to institutional development, including his previous role as Rapporteur of the Committee for Amending the Fund’s Regulations. The election comes as part of efforts to strengthen governance, improve procedures and services, and advance the Fund’s strategic plan.
