General Manager Mohammad Numan Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi Elected Chairman of the Palestinian Engineers’ Solidarity Fund

The Management Committee of the Palestinian Engineers’ Solidarity Fund has elected General Manager Mohammad Numan Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi as Chairman of the Fund’s Management Committee, reflecting the confidence placed in his extensive administrative experience and strong leadership capabilities in managing and developing institutional work.
The decision comes in recognition of Mr. Al-Qadomi ’s extensive experience in administration and organizational development, as well as his in-depth knowledge of the Fund’s operations and requirements. He previously served as the Rapporteur of the Committee for Amending the Solidarity Fund Regulations, a role through which he contributed directly to reviewing and developing the Fund’s regulatory framework and to preparing amendments aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving management mechanisms.
His election as Chairman represents a continuation of the confidence placed in his administrative expertise and his contribution to advancing the Fund’s work, particularly during the current phase, which requires further institutional development, improved procedures, stronger governance and transparency, and the adoption of more efficient and organized working systems.
Chairman Mohammad Numan Al-Asaad Al-Qadomi emphasized that the coming phase will focus on implementing the Management Committee’s priorities, developing services provided to participating engineers, strengthening communication with the General Assembly, and advancing the Fund’s strategic plan, while further developing its administrative, financial, and technological systems in a manner that supports its objectives and long-term sustainability.
The election forms part of the Management Committee’s approach to utilizing available expertise and competencies and strengthening the integration of administrative experience with regulatory knowledge, contributing to a new phase of institutional work based on efficiency, accountability, and transparency, while enhancing the role of the Solidarity Fund in serving engineers and their families.
